What is your Shipping Policy?

We offer flat-rate shipping through USPS, with upgraded shipping options through FedEx available at checkout. Please note: FedEx is unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days (unless the order contains pre-order products). We will email you when your order ships and provide  tracking information. If you do not receive this email within 1–2 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder. During high-demand periods, processing may take an additional business day.

Shipping times vary based on the delivery method and   destination. Holiday volume and carrier issues may result in delays, but generally, orders within the United States are received in 2–8 business days.

Express Shipping (FedEx Overnight Express or FedEx 2-Day) is available for Jars, Travel Packs and Accessories only. Express Shipping is calculated in business days (excluding holidays and weekends), and begins once the order has been tendered to the courier; please allow up to 3 business days for order processing and transfer to the courier. Express Shipping is not available for SHOP ARMRAZ Colostrum Soda orders.

SHOP ARMRAZ Colostrum Soda ships via standard ground shipping and is currently available for delivery within the contiguous U.S. only. Depending on the size and weight of your order, soda case(s) may ship separately from your powdered products, each with its own tracking number. This is expected and does not indicate a missing item or delay. Shipping costs for soda are calculated at checkout based on your cart contents and order total.

If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or you experience any other delivery issue, please contact us at info@shoparmraz.com as soon as possible. Please inspect your order upon arrival and report any issues promptly so our Concierge team can evaluate and resolve them quickly. SHOP ARMRAZ is not responsible for loss or damage that occurs after delivery to the shipping address you provided. We encourage all customers to add shipping protection at checkout for added peace of mind.

All prices are shown in US dollars. For conversion, we recommend using a currency converter.

Free shipping applies to US Domestic orders only.

SHOP ARMRAZ Jars, Travel Packs, and Accessories can be shipped to most countries, and international shipping prices vary by territory. Please see shipping choices by carrier during checkout. Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. International shipping times vary based on the service selected and customs processing time. 

Please note: SHOP ARMRAZ Colostrum Soda is not available for international shipping at this time.

If you would like to make any modifications to your order, including to the shipping address, please contact us by email (info@shoparmraz.com ) as soon as possible after placing your order. Once your order has been processed or fulfilled, we are unable to make any further adjustments or changes.

Holiday Shipping Deadlines - Order Early to Ensure On-Time Arrival

As the holidays heat up, shipping carriers may slow down. To make sure your SHOP ARMRAZ order arrives in time for the celebrations, here are the key dates to keep in mind for guaranteed delivery by Wednesday, December 24, 2025:

Order Deadlines

• Flat Rate (Standard Shipping): Order by Tuesday, December 16, 8:00AM EST

• FedEx 2-Day: Order by Thursday, December 18, 8:00AM EST

• FedEx Overnight: Order by Monday, December 22, 8:00AM EST for arrival on Tuesday, December 23

We work fast to get your order out the door, but once it’s in transit, timing is in the hands of our carriers, and delays can happen with peak-season demand. Ordering early is always your best bet (your future self will thank you).

What is the return policy for SHOP ARMRAZ Colostrum?

Since SHOP ARMRAZ is a food product, we maintain a strict health code and are not able to accept returns on all items. See the list below for each SHOP ARMRAZ product's return policy:

  • SHOP ARMRAZ Travel Sticks – If you're not 100% satisfied with your SHOP ARMRAZ Travel Sticks, contact us within 30 days of purchase. We will provide a refund or replacement.
  • SHOP ARMRAZ Jars – SHOP ARMRAZ Jars may only be returned if the contents remain in unopened/unused condition within 30 days of purchase. If the tamper-proof seal has been removed or damaged in any way, we can no longer accept it as a return.
  • SHOP ARMRAZ Colostrum Soda – Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our beverages, all beverage sales are final, and we do not do accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of purchase at info@shoparmraz.com . Our Concierge team can offer a replacement or other remedy, as required by applicable law, for damaged or defective goods.
  • Accessories – All accessories, including The Whirl, The SHOP ARMRAZ Carafe, and The Tote Bag, are final sale unless stated otherwise on our website.
  • Gifted Products – All gifted items, including gift cards or products redeemed through our loyalty program, are ineligible for return.

To initiate your return for return-eligible items, please contact us at info@shoparmraz.com . Any return sent without first contacting info@shoparmraz.com  will be considered an unauthorized return and is not eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping and Fees: Unless your return is due to a product issue or SHOP ARMRAZ fulfillment error (for example, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. 

Please note: returned products must be received in their original product packaging or they will not be accepted for a refund. Please also ensure only SHOP ARMRAZ products are included in your return shipment. We are not responsible for non-SHOP ARMRAZ  items sent to our warehouse by mistake, and such items cannot be returned, recovered, or replaced. 

For international returns, the customer is responsible for obtaining their own return shipping label and the costs associated.

Once your returned package arrives at our warehouse, please allow 10–15 days for our team to process your return and issue a refund or store credit.

Return to Sender Policy: If an order is returned to SHOP ARMRAZ due to a delivery failure, incomplete, incorrect address, unclaimed, refused, or rejected shipment:

  • Reshipment Option: We're happy to reship your order once a corrected address is confirmed. Please note: additional shipping charges may apply.
  • Refund Option: If you prefer a refund instead of reshipment, original shipping charges are non-refundable. Additionally, a $6 processing fee will be deducted from your refund total if a return request has been received.

Timing: Once your returned order is received by our warehouse, please allow 10–15 days for processing. Our team will reach out via email to confirm next steps.

Refunds: We will notify you once we've received your return, and you'll be refunded on your original payment method. For approved returns of return-eligible products, the refund amount will be reduced by the cost of return shipping if you use our pre-paid label. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@shoparmraz.com with a picture of the issue. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or is incorrect, SHOP ARMRAZ will evaluate and may offer a replacement, refund,or other remedy as required by applicable law. For perishable or consumable items, including SHOP ARMRAZ Colostrum Soda, we will assess and issue a replacement. Physical returns are not accepted on these product types.

How do I cancel my order?

Need to cancel an order? No problem.

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us by email (info@shoparmraz.com ) as soon as possible after placing your order. Once your order has been processed or fulfilled by our warehouse we are unable to make any further alterations. If your order has already been shipped, you can return the product and receive a refund. Return requests must be made within 30 days from the date you receive your order.

Purchases of SHOP ARMRAZ bulk jars are only available for return if the contents remain in unopened/unused condition. Returned products must be received in their original packaging. To request a return, please let us know by emailing us at info@shoparmraz.com . Please note, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and a $6 processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount. You may send the return to us on your own once your return is approved, or we are happy to send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
